ICCSL principals Leon Irish and Karla Simon worked on the development of NPO legislation for Mongolia. They have now been invited to provide comments on the proposed new legislation, and to help with the development of tax legislation. Their comments on the proposed NPO law are being translated into Mongolian. Also available in Mongolian is the OSI GUIDELINES FOR LAWS AFFECTING CIVIC ORGANIZATIONS, which they wrote with Robert Kushen of OSI.
